The kitchen is off the family room and features tall solid oak cabinets, huge pantry, brand new stove for home cooked dinners, microwave, an amazing stainless steel 60" fridge & freezer, and of course tile floors. Your Large Florida room has 2 bedrooms and separate entry and pine ceilings which truly are unique. The garage has been partially redone into a large office which can also be used as an extra bedroom if needed. Upstairs you will find a huge master suite with two sky lights, sitting area with his/her walk-in closets, Jacuzzi tub, bidet, marble floor, and vanity top. There are 3 more bedroom's upstairs in which 2 of these even also feature sky lights. The patio and wrap around balcony for the upstairs level for you to enjoy is a real treat. Casa De Boca features a home automation alarm system with intercom/stereo system through out the entire house. My wife and I grew up on the Jersey shore so being close to the water has always been a necessity to us. Were actually childhood sweethearts that have had an opportunity to travel the world before settling down with our daughter and luckily enough our son was born in November of 2009. Tropez, Montecarlo, Zurich, Luxemburg, The island of Ibiza in the Mediterranean, Dusseldorf, London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Canary Islands, and more I am sure that I am forgetting. I also as a result of having my home throughout all this in South Florida traveled all through out the Caribbean and taken the majority of my family with us several times. Bahamas will always be our favorite. The reason I am telling you all this is because I think I am pretty qualified on what you should be expecting when you book your holiday vacation. The reason we chose Lighthouse Point as our main home in South Florida.

Many other community's on the water because of inlets and no wake zones you might be 20-30 minutes in your boat at idle speed just to get out and in to the ocean. By far the best feature in our home is my giant 20' by 20' Tiki Hut. Most people don't realize when there in Florida on vacation it can get hot! What is the sense of coming on vacation if you are forced to stay inside because the sun is shinning in your back yard and you just can't take it anymore. Having a 20 foot by 20 foot Tiki Hut next to the pool allows those who want to be in the sun the ability to enjoy the beautiful new centurion marble tile that wraps around the large custom designed pool as well as allow the guests in your party that aren't interested in direct sun light the ability to still be part of the action by the pool but be able to relax in the hammock where it's literally 10 degrees cooler under the Tiki. You will be amazed how much cooler it is under it compared to just sitting under an umbrella. There isn't any other home I have ever come across that has this.

The tiki hut allows you to truly utilize the outside and be able to BBQ and enjoy dinner or drinks with out the hot Florida sun like in everyone  backyard. My home has many other features as well. I do have a custom built 72 inch Sony HDTV for you in my living room with speakers built into the ceiling. I also have plasma's in both Master suites. Another huge feature is if you are two families and your splitting the cost at least you both get your own private rooms and bath. Although there is a total of 3.5 baths and 4 bedrooms so there is much more room that the average little rental as well. If you are 4 couples there can be 2 kings and 2 queens so everyone is more comfortable.

My home also features a Professional Poker and Pool Table. The kitchen is amazing with huge granite counters and sub zero fridge. With in the last 2 years over $150,000 has been invested into making this your ultimate vacation. Even all new furniture and mattress's and when you get there have a look.
